Patient IT aims to keep both information management and technology professionals in the healthcare sector, and suppliers to the market, up to date with developments in the quest to modernise the health service.

Patient IT looks not just at the use of IT in hospitals, but at the role of IT in primary health care in both the private and NHS areas - in fact, in relation to any contact with the patient. Developments in IT affecting this sector are tracked and discussed, as are European Union developments and health IT around the world.
