Artwork must be sent on CD or 100MB ZIP disk. It must be in one of the following software formats: QuarkXpress, FreeHand, Illustrator or Photoshop.
Images must be saved in high resolution (300 dpi minimum) format as either TIF, JPG or EPS files in CMYK format.
All fonts used in the advert must accompany the file.
A colour proof must accompany all artwork.
All disks/proofs must be clearly labelled.
If you do not have artwork facilities your advert can be laid out in-house for a minimum charge of £50. Please send copy in Word files with all accompanying logos/images in high resolution (300 dpi) TIF, JPG or EPS files in CMYK format as above and a final quote will be agreed.

ComCord, the Local Government Contact Management Service
IPL provides access to its proven, comprehensive up-to-date database of local government contacts to clients via a custom web front end/contact management system accessing the required dataset on IPL’s core database.
This core database is built on the LGITU circulation database, which currently comprises approximately: 16,000 contacts in English Local Authorities, 700 contacts in Welsh Authorities, 1,000 contacts in Scottish Authorities, and 300 contacts in Northern Ireland Authorities.
